Akrapovic Evolution Exhaust System Honda CBR 600 RR Titanium S-H6E5-ACT

This is a full system constructed from high-grade lightweight titanium and finished with a carbon-fibre end cap. The headers have been optimized to increase performance. This track-oriented exhaust system mainly focuses on weight reduction and increased performance, allied to a racing sound. The use of race-proven materials results in a weight reduction of 52.6% (4.7 kg) over the standard stock exhaust system. It delivers power and torque increases of 5.2 kW (7.1 hp) at 14,000 rpm and 2.7 Nm at 6,000 rpm, respectively, when compared to a Honda CBR600RR equipped with a standard stock system and tested on the Akrapovič dyno, with power gains noticeable in the mid and high rev ranges. During development, the engineers focused on throttle response and rideability for a system that has been designed for use on closed-course competition circuits only.
