The MAX2H EVO2 tire changer includes a 20 mm axle by default. For rims with an axle diameter under 15 mm, a 12 mm axle adapter is necessary for secure mounting.
Axle diameters vary widely, especially on scooters and pit bikes compared to larger motorcycles. The MAX2H tire changers come with a standard 20 mm axle, suitable for most models. When this 20 mm shaft is too large, the 12 mm axle adapter enables you to change wheels with axle diameters between 12 and 14 mm.
