Terms of delivery
The ordered goods can be received in SIA Emcord store or using one of the offered delivery methods - Omniva/DHL/DPD/Latvijas Pasts.
All fees and taxes that must be paid to receive the shipment at the delivery destination must be borne by the Buyer. Shipping costs are displayed before the order is confirmed.
Issuance of goods in SIA Emcord store
The delivery service is free of charge. Opening hours and store coordinates are HERE.
We will prepare the purchase for delivery within 1-2 working days after receiving the payment, unless a different delivery time is specified for the selected item. When the product is ready for delivery, we will send a notification by e-mail and SMS using the contact information you left. The product must be received within 7 (seven) calendar days, after which the order will be cancelled.
To receive the order, you must have an identity document and the order number with you. If your order will be received by another person, please indicate his name and surname when completing the order. If the buyer is a legal entity, a power of attorney must be provided.
Delivery to parcels
When choosing delivery of goods to Omniva or DPD parcels located in the territory of Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, they will be delivered within 3-4 working days, unless a different delivery time is specified for the selected product(s).
The delivery price is indicated in the shopping cart.
Delivery of goods by courier
Latvia and the member states of the European Union
In the territory of Latvia, goods are delivered to the address you specified within 4-5 working days by DPD courier, if no other delivery time is specified for the selected product(s).
In the European Union, goods are delivered by DPD or DHL courier, within 3-7 working days, if no other delivery time is specified for the selected product(s). However, in hard-to-reach or remote areas, the delivery time may be longer, but not exceeding 20 days.
The rest of the world
DHL or Latvijas Pasta (EMS) service is used for deliveries outside the European Union. Delivery time 3 (three) to 20 working days, depending on the country of delivery. In exceptional cases, we have the right to send the goods up to 45 calendar days after informing the customer.
The buyer is responsible for paying customs duties and taxes and, if necessary, provides all necessary information to the carrier. Emcord SIA is not responsible for non-cooperation of the buyer with the customs authorities of the relevant country due to delivery delays.
