1. General provisions
These terms (hereinafter - the terms) are a distance contract between SIA “EMCORD” and the user - buyer (hereinafter - the customer). By registering on www.sfrt.lv, the customer confirms that he agrees to these terms (including the general terms and conditions of the agreement below, which are hereinafter also referred to as the agreement). The customer is obliged to get acquainted with these terms before registration and purchase of goods from www.sfrt.lv.
The agreement enters into force every time the customer purchases the product on the website www.sfrt.lv.
2. Making purchases
To place an order, add the desired products to the shopping cart. Fill in all the required fields and choose the most suitable delivery method. The total cost of the order with delivery will be displayed on the screen. Make a purchase payment to complete your order.
3. Payment terms
The settlement currency is the euro.
The customer pays for the purchase in the form of prepayment - by transferring funds in the amount of the purchase amount, using a payment card, making a transfer to the bank account of SIA "EMCORD", using PayPal, as well as receiving the product in person at the store.
The customer receives the goods at the delivery address indicated by him or at the address of SIA "EMCORD" after payment for the purchase.
When making a product reservation at www.sfrt.lv with the possibility to pick it up and pay at the store address, the product must be removed within 72 hours, otherwise the reservation will be canceled.
The purchase can be paid for:
- using payment cards - Master Card, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron;
- using PayPal;
- by bank transfer according to the invoice;
- in cash during the working hours and address of SIA "SFRT".
The purchase can be paid for remotely by choosing the following payment methods provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv, Maksekeskus AS:
- Latvian internet banking payments: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele and Luminor
- Estonian internet banking payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor
- Lithuanian internet banking payments: Swedbank, SEB and Luminor
- Finnish internet banking payments: Aktia, Bank of Åland, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästopankki, Pohjola, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästopankki
NB! Using the Internet banking payment method, confirm the order and "Return to the merchant".
Personal data required for making payments are transferred to the licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS only for the processing of this payment.
The agreement enters into force upon successful payment to the online store's bank account. If for any reason it is not possible to fulfill the orders, the Buyer will be notified in accordance with the provisions of this agreement, and the amount paid will be refunded as soon as possible, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the notice.
4. Terms of delivery
Goods are delivered worldwide. Purchased goods are delivered using: Latvian Post, Omniva, DHL courier, pick-up from the store.
All fees and taxes payable to receive the shipment at the destination of delivery must be borne by the Buyer.
Shipping costs are shown before order confirmation.
Delivery fee depends on the weight, size and delivery distance of the product.
Purchased goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within 3-10 working days, depending on the chosen type of delivery.
The customer has the opportunity to pick up the product in the SFRT store, Ieriķu iela 5, Riga, for which no fee is applied. If you want to receive the product yourself, payment can be made in advance using a payment card, by making a transfer to the bank account of SIA "EMCORD" or PayPal, as well as on the spot in the store. When making a product reservation at www.sfrt.lv with the possibility to pick it up and pay at the store address, the product must be removed within 72 hours after the order is confirmed, otherwise the reservation is canceled.
It is important for the customer to provide accurate contact information and delivery address so that the delivery of the product is not delayed and the customer can be contacted at the time of delivery.
5. Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to unilaterally withdraw from the purchase of the product within 14 days from the date of purchase of the product, if the product has not been used during these 14 days. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must return the product to the address of SIA "EMCORD" (Ieriķu iela 5, Riga, LV1084, Latvia) After returning the product, SIA "EMCORD" pays the customer the relevant funds within 5 working days, refunding to the bank The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Buyer is a legal entity.
The right of withdrawal may not be exercised in whole or in part:
- if purchased items that are made to individual order;
- if the Product has lost its original appearance, the packaging of the Product is damaged, the price and logo marks of the Product have been torn off; in this case, the supplier has the right to calculate the impairment of the goods and deduct this amount from the purchase price of the goods.
- if there has been a special agreement between the customer and the supplier on rare / expensive product and if the customer has been warned in advance about possible difficulties in connection with the return.
The Customer, exercising the right of withdrawal referred to in Paragraph 1 of these Regulations, is responsible for the non-reduction of the value and quality of the goods, as well as for the storage and transportation of the goods that have not deteriorated the quality of the goods.
If the Customer exercises the right of withdrawal and the refusal is not related to the non-compliance of the relevant product or service with the provisions of the contract, then the Customer is obliged to cover the costs related to delivery to the seller and bank settlement costs.
The seller is obliged to refund the purchase price to the customer without undue delay, if the refusal of the goods is made within the term referred to in Paragraph 1 of these Regulations and there are no obstacles to full or partial refund of the purchase price specified in Paragraphs 2 and 4 of these Regulations.
6. The consumer's right to the goods in conformity with the contract
The online store is responsible for the compliance of the goods sold to the Buyer with the terms of the contract or defects that occurred within 6 months from the date of delivery of the goods to the customer or were at the time of delivery, and such assumptions do not contradict the nature or defects. The Buyer must inform the Seller about the conformity of the goods, within 2 months after its establishment, i.e. submit a complaint. The online store is not responsible for defects that have occurred after delivery of the goods to the Buyer. If the purchased goods have defects for which the Seller is responsible, the Buyer has the right to request the elimination of defects in the goods or exchange for new goods free of charge.
If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Seller shall return to the Buyer all payments provided for in the Distance Agreement. The seller shall provide a written response to the consumer's complaint within 15 days.
7. Processing of the buyer's personal data
Protection of personal data
Personal data of SIA "EMCORD" is obtained only by using voluntary provision of information in various ways, for example - by registering for the purchase of products, by contacting our employees by information phone, as well as in cases of return of goods. SIA "EMCORD" will use the received data to provide information about the goods and services for which you requested it. In these cases, you may be contacted by e-mail, telephone or letter. Advertising and marketing campaigns may require your approval to receive our offer or notification. SIA "EMCORD" may transfer personal information to other related companies and / or third parties related to SIA "EMCORD" in order to perform certain services, such as delivery, repair or maintenance of products. Data transferred in this way will be restricted to the purpose for which they were received and will only be used for the purposes of personal data protection defined in this Communication.
Information about goods, offers and services

Duration of information storage
SIA "EMCORD" will keep your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the goods you have requested, as well as to provide services, or for any additional period of time, if required by law.
SIA "EMCORD" confirms that in case of transfer of your data will always provide the necessary measures and controls to protect the confidentiality and security of your data in accordance with data protection legislation.
8. Dispute resolution procedure
In matters not stipulated in these terms and conditions, the Buyer and the Seller undertake to comply with the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Latvia.
The Parties shall resolve all disputes arising between the Seller and the Buyer by mutual negotiations or correspondence. If the dispute is not resolved in the form of negotiations or correspondence, the Parties will resolve the dispute in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes between the Buyer (consumer) and the Seller can be referred to the Consumer Rights Protection Center.
The buyer also has the right to apply to the European Union dispute resolution bodies.
