SIA EMCORD, registration no. 40203306034, address: Gustava Zemgala gatve 71, Rīga, LV-1039, hereinafter - the online store - provides the available content of the website and provides goods / services in accordance with the Terms of Use outlined below.

1. General provisions

These Terms of Use of the Website (hereinafter - the Terms) are an integral part of the product/service purchase agreement and determine the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the terms and conditions of the delivery of the Product, the order cancellation procedure and the Product return rules, the refund rules, the dispute resolution rules.

The seller has the right to change, correct or add to the Terms at any time in accordance with the requirements set by the legal acts. Such changes shall become effective upon their posting on the Site.

The seller has the right to change the prices indicated on the Website and/or to create new paid services at any time.

The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered to have been concluded from the moment when the Customer, having selected the Goods, placed them in his shopping cart, indicated the delivery address and familiarized himself with the rules, ticking "I agree to the terms of use" in the order confirmation window

Order confirmation is sent to the e-mail address specified by the Customer.

2. Making purchases

To place an order, add the desired products to the shopping cart. Fill in all the required fields and choose the most suitable delivery method. The total cost of the order with delivery will be displayed on the screen. Make payment for your purchase to complete your order.

3. Payment terms

1. The settlement currency is euro.

2. The customer pays for the purchase in the form of prepayment - by transferring funds in the amount of the purchase amount, using a payment card, making a transfer to SIA "EMCORD" bank account, using PayPal, as well as receiving the product in person at the store.

3. The customer receives the product at the specified delivery address or at the address of SIA "EMCORD" after payment of the purchase.

4. When making a product reservation at www.sfrt.lv with the option to pick it up and pay at the store's address, the product must be picked up within 72 hours, otherwise the reservation is canceled.

5. The purchase can be paid for:

• using payment cards - Master Card, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron;

• using PayPal;

• by bank transfer according to the attached invoice;

• in cash at SIA "EMCORD" during working hours and at the address.

NB! Using the online banking payment method, confirm the order and "Return to merchant".

6. The contract comes into force upon successful payment to the online store's bank account. If, for some reason, the fulfillment of orders will not be possible, the Buyer will be so informed, in accordance with the terms of this contract, and the amount paid will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the notification.

7. Payment processing is provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv, therefore our company transfers the personal data necessary for payment execution to the platform owner Maksekeskus AS.

In cases where the Customer, upon receiving the Products, notices that the shipment does not contain the corresponding Product or the Product is not the correct size, color or other discrepancy, the Customer must immediately inform the Seller.

4. Terms of delivery

1. Items are shipped worldwide.

Purchased goods are delivered in the territory of Latvia using:

1.1 Delivery through Omniva parcels throughout Latvia: - minimum delivery price €3.09

1.2. Delivery by courier (DHL, Latvian Post) - minimum delivery price €7.93

1.3. Delivery to the Seller's store at Gustava Zemgala gatve 71, Riga - free of charge

2. All fees and taxes that must be paid to receive the shipment at the delivery destination must be borne by the Buyer.

3. Shipping costs are displayed before the order is confirmed.

4. The delivery fee depends on the product's weight, dimensions and delivery distance.

5. The purchased goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within 3-10 working days, depending on the chosen delivery method.

6. It is important for the customer to provide accurate contact information and delivery address so that the delivery of the product is not delayed and the customer can be contacted at the time of delivery.

5. Right of withdrawal

Exchange, return and repair of goods are carried out in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights of the Republic of Latvia (PTAL) and the Regulatory Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia No. 255 "On distance contract".

1. The customer has the right to unilaterally withdraw from the purchase of the product within 14 days from the day of purchase of the product, if the product has not been used within these 14 days. In order to use the right to cancel the product, the customer must return the product to SIA "EMCORD" address (Gustava Zemgala gatve 71, LV - 1039), or by sending a cancellation letter to the Seller to info@sfrt.lv The cancellation form can be downloaded here. After returning the product to SIA "EMCORD " shall pay the relevant funds to the customer within 5 working days, repaying them to the bank account indicated by the customer. The right of refusal is not applicable if the Buyer is a legal entity.

2. It is not possible to fully or partially exercise the right of refusal:

• if items are purchased that are made to individual order;

• if the Product has lost its original appearance, the Product's packaging is damaged, the Product's price and logo signs are torn off; in such case, the supplier has the right to calculate the loss of value of the goods and deduct this amount from the purchase price of the goods.

• if a special agreement has been concluded between the customer and the supplier on ordering a rare/expensive item and if the customer has been warned in advance about possible complications regarding the return.

3. The customer, using the right of refusal referred to in Clause 1 of these regulations, is responsible for ensuring that the value and quality of the goods do not decrease, as well as for the storage and transportation of goods that have not deteriorated the quality of the goods. The product must be returned in its original packaging and complete set. Products can be exchanged for other Products if the Product has preserved its external appearance, consumer characteristics, its original packaging and labeling, they were not used and/or were damaged and/or they have not lost their appearance.

4. The customer is obliged to return the product to the Seller within 3 days after sending the letter of refusal.

5. If the Customer uses the right of refusal and the refusal is not related to the non-compliance of the respective goods or services with the terms of the contract, then the customer is obliged to cover the costs related to the delivery of the goods to the seller and the bank settlement expenses.

6. The seller is obliged to refund the purchase price to the customer without undue delay, no later than within 7 calendar days from the moment of return of the product, if the refusal of the product is made within the period mentioned in clause 1 of these regulations and there are no obstacles specified in clauses 2 and 3 of these regulations for a full or partial return of the purchase fee. The Seller reserves the right not to refund the payment for the Product and service until the Customer has returned the product or submitted documents confirming the delivery of the Product.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Customer to exercise the right of withdrawal or to withhold a compensation fee in case the Product is damaged, by careless handling of the Product during use or by not following the instructions in the manual, if the original packaging of the Product is lost or if its packaging is significantly damaged.

6. The rights of the consumer regarding the goods conforming to the contract

1. The online store is responsible for the compliance of the goods sold to the Buyer with the terms of the contract or defects that occurred within 6 months after the day of delivery of the goods to the customer, or were present at the time of delivery, and such assumptions do not contradict the characteristics or defects of the goods. The buyer must inform the seller about the conformity of the goods, within 2 months after its detection, i.e. submit a complaint. The buyer can file a complaint by contacting the online store by writing to info@sfrt.lv

2. The online store is not responsible for defects that occurred after the delivery of the goods to the Buyer. If the purchased goods have defects for which the Seller is responsible, the Buyer has the right to request the elimination of defects in the goods or exchange for new goods free of charge.

3. If it is not possible to repair or replace the goods, the Seller returns to the Buyer all payments provided for in the Distance Agreement. The seller provides a written response to the consumer's complaint within 15 days.

7. Processing of personal data of the buyer

Protection of personal data

SIA "EMCORD" obtains personal data exclusively through the voluntary provision of information in various ways, for example - when registering for the purchase of products, contacting our employees via the information phone, as well as in cases of returning goods. SIA "EMCORD" will use the received data to provide information about the goods and services for which you requested it. In these cases, you may be contacted by email, telephone or letter. Advertising and marketing campaigns may require your consent to receive an offer or communication from us. SIA "EMCORD" may transfer personal information to other affiliated companies and/or third parties related to SIA "EMCORD" in order to perform certain services, such as product delivery, repair or maintenance. The data transferred in this way will be limited to use in accordance with the purpose for which it was received and will be used only for the purposes defined in this notice on the protection of personal data.

Information about goods, offers and services

If you have indicated that you would like to receive this type of information, SIA "EMCORD" or an authorized cooperation partner of SIA "EMCORD" may contact you by e-mail or in another way (by post or by telephone, if you have provided us with the relevant information), to inform you about goods, services, offers related to SIA "EMCORD". The buyer has the opportunity to opt out of marketing communications by notifying us by writing to info@sfrt.lv

Duration of information storage

SIA "EMCORD" will keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary to provide the goods you requested, as well as to perform the services, or for any additional period of time, if required by law.

Additional information

SIA "EMCORD" assures that in case of transfer of your data, it will always provide the necessary measures and control to protect the confidentiality and security of your data in accordance with the legislation on data protection.

8. Dispute resolution procedure

All disputes that will arise between the Customer and the Seller, or that will arise in connection with the purchase of Goods, the Parties will try to resolve in the form of mutual negotiations or correspondence with the aim of reaching a mutually beneficial and acceptable solution.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation or correspondence, the Parties will resolve the dispute in the LR court, observing the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.

Please submit a complaint about the availability or quality of goods electronically, by sending it to the electronic mail address info@sfrt.lv or in writing, by sending it to the address Gustava Zemgala gatve 71, Riga, Lv-1039. The complaint will be considered within 7 (seven) working days from the day of receipt of the complaint, with the reply being sent to the contact address specified in the complaint.

If the complaint is recognized as unfounded and you do not agree to the recognition of the complaint as unfounded, you have the right to use the alternative dispute resolution options provided for in the regulatory acts.
